A: We sell all types of books including romance, fantasy, urban literature, science fiction, antiracism, biographies, autobiographies, memoirs, poetry, children, short stories, history, LGBTQIA, entrepreneurship, finance, and self care.
Q: HOW DO I FIND OTHER BOOKS NOT LISTED IN A CATEGORY OR TYPE?
A: Use the search bar to enter part or all of the author name, keywords, book title name to find the book you are searching for.
Q: HOW DO I FIND THE AUTHOR NAME BECAUSE I AM UNSURE OF THE SPELLING?
A: Go to the All Books menu item and on the left hand side is a listing of all books by author. Filter by one or multiple author names to find your books.
Q: HOW DO I BUY A BOOK NOT LISTED?
A: Send a request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a book. We will email you within 48 hours to inform you of availability and price.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: We currently ship via USPS. Shipping is free on orders over $75. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the address it is being delivered.
Note, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience slight delays. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your ordered is processed you will receive your tracking number via email that was entered at checkout.
Q: WHAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE?
A: Sometimes we will sell books that cannot be refunded. In this case the this information will be clearly marked. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?
A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
Q: MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please contact your local USPS. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at email@example.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be emailed a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the order is able to be caught in time for changes or that item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
A: Please note you will need to contact us and provide your return tracking number. Failing to do so will cause delays in your return being processed.
Q: HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN ITEMS. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been received and processed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout. If you have not received an email within 7 business days of us receiving the package please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
